I totally made this, last night, adding some beef meatballs to the mix. SOO tasty! I definitely recommend everyone who reads my blog to try this soup!

Here’s a simple recipe you can make in my absolute favorite kitchen tool…THE CROCKPOT! Just a few ingredients, some delicious veggies, and a very thankful tummy.
9 Raw kale leaves, large
1 1/2 cup of Vegetable broth
1 cup distilled water
Two whole carrots, chopped
Two large potatoes, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Onion, minced (optional)
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
