I recently took a wellness class called Relax Your Fat Off and it was literally jaw dropping. This blog will walk you through the key factors I took away from that course and hopefully be as inspiring for you as it was for me.

First let’s consider what you think stress is! Bad, hectic, and often uncontrollable things plague our mind at the thought of stress. However, stress is EVERYWHERE! There is good and there is bad stress both of which play an enormous role on not only your energy levels, but your mind, and body.
