Initially, I wasn’t going to post this because…well, it was my first casserole; I wasn’t sure it was gonna turn out so great. I was happily proven wrong!

Leftover Salmon & Pasta Salad Casserole
2 cups leftover pasta salad
1 cup leftover salmon
1 package of au gratin potatoes
1 can peas
1 can cream of chicken & mushroom
2 cups (each) shredded cheddar & mozzarella
Pam cooking spray
Spray your casserole dish with Pam. Preheat the oven to 350°. Use the au gratin as your bottom layer, mixing as directed. After that, in any order, layer the rest of the ingredients and smooth it out as you go. Once you reach the top (or run out of most of your ingredients), make sure your top layer gets a pretty good dose of cheese. Stick it in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
