What I’m Currently Reading

Hey all!

So, this should be titled “The Book I’m Cracking Open to Begin Reading”…but that title’s too long, don’t you think? Anyhow, this is just a short blurb to say ‘hi’ and to show off that I’ve made a long-overdue trip to the library to pick up a new book from one of my favorite authors, J.D. Robb.

Until next time! ❤ ❤

What I’m Currently Reading

This is the book I'm currently reading.

This is the book I’m currently reading.

It’s a decent book so far. A lot of drama (family feuds, etc.); I haven’t seen the movie yet, but as far as I’m concerned, I wanna finish the book before I do. I believe that this will be the first book I’ve read before I saw the movie. (When Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, and Lord of the Rings came out, I never read the books first.)

Anyhow, I believe I’m on chapter 16 in this book. I hope that it has a good ending; and I have an inkling as to “who dun’ it”.

Until next time! ❤ ❤

Hotel On The Corner of Bitter & Sweet by Jamie Ford

Hotel On The Corner of Bitter & Sweet by Jamie Ford

This is a book you must read. It’ll make you laugh, it’ll make you cry, it’ll make your heart swell, and it’ll even anger you, at times. This is the best kind of book. Again, historical fiction, and if I remember correctly, this is Jamie Ford’s very first book; “Songs of Willow Frost” being his second…which I ironically read first.

Below, I will include a link to the inside flap.
What book(s) have you been reading, this week?

Another Book Down…

It’s amazing, friends. This is the second book I’ve read in one day.

If you haven’t checked out “Songs of Willow Frost” by Jamie Ford yet, you must. It’s such a great book, filled with heartbreak, strife, longing, and fulfillment. If you find this book at your local public library, be sure to grab it up. You won’t be disappointed.

Be warned: The saddest part of the story (in my opinion) was from Pgs. 275-277.

Happy reading, and until next time!

Book(s) I'm Currently Reading

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted one of these, but it’s been about a week (I figure) that I’d finished my last book, “Home For the Holidays” by Johanna Lindsey. I’m already on my second chapter, and it’s a decent book, thus far. I will leave a link to the book summary below.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Friday’s just around the corner!

Until next time!
