So, earlier this week, I sent an e-mail to the editor of our local paper, asking why he doesn’t publish any poems. He said he posts them when he gets them….and guess what happened……………………..I GOT PUBLISHED IN YESTERDAY’S EDITION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sister had texted me at 6-something, this morning, to let me know. I saw it with my own eyes when I got into work this morning. This is all I ever wanted, and I know that one of my good gal-pals wanted this for me for a long time….(like, since we were both in high school).
Anyhow, I will for sure be posting a picture of the published version of my poem that was in the paper.
